We’re excited to announce that this summer we’re launching Spritz & Spuntini at Cugini’s Fitzroy! It’s our version of a happy hour where you can grab a spritz cocktail from our Spritz & Spuntini menu and enjoy some delicious complimentary Italian snacks.
Taking inspiration from the classic aperitivo enjoyed all over Italy where cocktails are accompanied by bite-sized snacks on the house, our Spritz & Spuntini menu will feature a selection of our most popular Spritz cocktails (classic and granita-style) along with a delicious mix of classic Italian snacks prepared by our chef and sent out to your table.
Why Spritz & Spuntini? Well, aperitivo is a pre-dinner drink designed to whet the appetite, and the most iconic Italian aperitivo drink is, of course, the Spritz. Spuntini is the Italian word for snack or nibble, and there you have it: Spritz & Spuntini!
Our Spritz & Spuntini menu will run Wednesday to Friday from 5.00pm to 6.30pm and from Saturday to Sunday 3pm to 6pm – and just like in Italy, so long as you have a Spritz in hand, the spuntini keep on coming. Join us every Wednesday to Sunday for Spritz & Spuntini – see our new menu below!
